Specialist Plastic Pallet Systems - 3 examples
1. Reel Pack System
The Reel Pack system ensures great protection for the reels and
allows stacking of the pallets. After use, the trays interlock to
allow stacking up to 14 high, minimising storage space and facilitating
easy return.
2. Blister Reel System (Patent Pending)
The Roll On Off system has securing panels which fold away to allow
one reel at a time to be rolled off. The panels are easily raised
back up to retain the remaining reels.
3. Jumbo Reel System (Patent Pending)
Like the Blister System, the Jumbo System has the same
folding panels that one reel at a time to be moved. The Jumbo System
also comes with a truck that interlocks with the pallet to create
a totally safe surface on which to roll the reel from the pallet
onto the truck for transport to the packaging line.
