Increase the efficiency and profitability of your vertical or horizontal form-fill-and-seal packaging line with the Butler Series SP-1 Splicer. Proven zero speed splicing technology - providing +99% splice reliability at speeds of up to 350 fpm (1/7 m/s) - delivers seamless, non-stop production to all of your web fed lines.

Cutting edge technology includes splicing in register, lap and butt splicing tape one side, integral web guiding, and roll shafts that swing out for easy aisle loading. A heat seal butt splice is also available for certain film applications. Standard features also include simple vertical festoon and PLC controls. Optional features include reach down upper roll position loading and combination heat seal/tape splice head.

The solid manufacture, simple mechanical layout and compact design of the SP-1 Splicer results in a machine that maximizes space, is easy to use, low-cost to maintain and built to last.
